The state football playoff brackets are set. The Florida High School Athletic Association unveiled its postseason field on Sunday morning, announcing the 2017 qualifiers in a one-hour webcast that was unlike anything before it. In the past, teams knew their opponents likely a few weeks earlier. This year, with points averages determining seeds, it was up in the air until the broadcast. With a completely revised playoff scenario in 2017, teams qualified based on being either a district champ in Classes 5A-8A or by points.
